A series of sessions with a local meditation teacher. They lead us in developing connections between the body and the mind.
Certified mindfulness meditation teachers join us for mindfulness building meditation sessions, focusing first on the body, then the mind, and then bringing the body and mind together. We encourage everyone to attend all three sessions to allow the mindful connection to develop. Registration required.
