Community RoomDiscover new recipes, share favorite dishes, and connect with fellow food lovers in this delicious community cookbook club.
Do you love trying new recipes and sharing great food with others? Join our Cookbook Club for an evening of cooking, conversation, and community.
Each week, participants will select a recipe from a featured cookbook, prepare it at home, and bring it to the library to share with the group. Together, we’ll sample a variety of dishes, discuss the recipes, exchange cooking tips, and discover new favorite meals. Whether you’re an experienced home chef or just enjoy spending time in the kitchen, Cookbook Club offers a fun and welcoming opportunity to explore new cuisines, meet fellow food enthusiasts, and celebrate the joy of cooking. Bring your appetite, your recipe, and your love of good food. We can’t wait to see what you’ll create! 🍽️📚
NOTE: Please bring a copy of your recipe and be prepared to share ingredient information for those with dietary restrictions.

Founded in 1897, the library has been a center point of all sorts of events and was famously used in the Bill Lodge film Mr Fotheringay's Fairport Convention. It's full of books and entertainment and run by our adorable staff.
